NEW PAINTING OF THE BAHAMAS. THE TINY ISLAND OF SPANISH WELLS, PART OF THE LARGER ISLAND CALLED ELEUTHERA.
SETTLED IN THE 1700'S BY IMMIGRANTS SEARCHING FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDON FROM THEIR NATIVE LANDS OF SCOTLAND AND ENGLAND. THE POPULATION HAS SURVIVED FOR ALL THIS TIME AS FISHERMEN, AND LOBSTERMEN.
