A few steps from a pristine jewel colored beach, the cottage terrace invites one to sit, savour the soft sea breeze, the colorful vegetation, the song of the birds ... Early in the morning, the water is a crystal aquamarine, one can spot the territorial fish doing their rounds... or later, waiting for the sun to set with a celebration of food and drink...
The terrace is the place to savor, to let time be, to dream, to paint.
Sunnyside Cottage is on the tiny island of Spanish Wells, Eleuthera, The Bahamas. The three mile island is a tiny fishing and lobstering island . Settled in the 1700's by English and Scottish immigrants searching for religious tolerance... 300 hundred years later the traditions remain very strong on this charmed little island...
